Tyrolean dishes

Take a bit of that holiday feeling home with you with our recipes. Try the dishes that you’ve enjoyed on your holiday at your hotel in Holzgau yourselves. Conjure up a little piece of Tyrol on your plate really easily yourself. Enjoy your meal!

Kaiserschmarrn

Ingredients:

  • 70 g flour
  • 1/8 l milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 40 g sultanas
  • 60 g butter
  • Icing sugar for dusting
 


Preparation:

Mix the flour with the milk and salt to a smooth dough. Just fold in the eggs one by one or fold them into the dough. Add the sultanas. Heat the butter in a large frying pan, pour in the dough, bake, turn and tear into pieces. Remove the finished junk from the pan. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

Tip: Apple pancakes: while still in the pan, grate a peeled, cored apple over the finished pancake, cover and allow to cook for 15 minutes over a low heat. Also sprinkle with icing sugar.
